Lumask does not require an account or login.

Lumask does not directly collect, transmit, store, or sell users' personal information.

In particular, Lumask does not directly collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Home address
• Location information
• User-selected images
• Edited images
• Image metadata
• Payment card information

2. Image Processing

All image processing is performed locally on the user's device.

Lumask does not upload your images to our servers.

Images selected for editing, edited images, detected faces, masked areas, text or image watermarks, and image metadata remain on your device unless you choose to share them.

3. Image Metadata

Lumask provides tools to view, remove, and edit image metadata.

All metadata operations are performed locally on your device.

Lumask does not collect, transmit, or retain image metadata.

4. Advertising

The free version of Lumask displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google Mobile Ads SDK may process certain information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy for purposes including:

• Advertising delivery
• Fraud prevention
• Diagnostics
• Performance measurement

Lumask does not directly receive or store this information.

When a user purchases Lumask Pro:

• Advertisements are removed immediately.
• No additional advertisement requests are made during the current application session.
• If Google Mobile Ads SDK was initialized before the purchase, it may remain initialized until the application is closed.
• From the next application launch, the Google Mobile Ads SDK is not initialized for users with an active Pro subscription.

Lumask does not use Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for app tracking and does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

5. Privacy Choices

For users located in jurisdictions where consent is required, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and certain U.S. states, Lumask uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and manage advertising-related consent where required by applicable law.

Users may review or change their privacy choices at any time through the Privacy Choices option within the application.

6. Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.

Lumask does not receive or store payment card information.

Payment processing is performed by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

7. Third-Party Services

Lumask uses the following third-party service:

• Google AdMob (Free version only)

Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information about how Google processes information related to advertising services.

8. Children's Privacy

Lumask does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Lumask, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

9. Data Security

Because Lumask does not operate servers for user images or personal information, your images remain under your control on your own device.

Reasonable technical measures are taken to protect the integrity of the application.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published with a revised Effective Date.
